Returns: We Want You to Love Your Purchase!

At Zazzy Zebra Boutique, we strive to make your shopping experience delightful. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange an item, here's what you need to know:

 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

  • Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order if you've encountered any issues. We're here to help!

 

Eligibility Criteria:

To make a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have the original tags attached. Return items to Zazzy Zebra Boutique within 14 days from the original purchase date. Note: All jewelry, accessories, mystery bags, fedoras, and sale (including last chance) items are FINAL sale.

 

Condition of Returned Items:

Items must be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant, cigarette smoke, and animal hair. Worn items will be returned at your cost.

 

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

If you meet the criteria above, email us with your order number, and we'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Write the RA on your invoice and the package exterior before mailing.Please use USPS Priority mail, UPS, or FedEx with tracking for your return. Zazzy Zebra Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Remember, RA numbers expire after 5 days, and items must be shipped within this time frame.

 

Return Process:

The return total will be refunded to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once received.
